Resident Evil 4: Ultimate Item Modifier is a special .exe program that allows you to change the values of items in Resident Evil 4. It has over 110+ features that allow you to do anything from add ammo, add money, add time in the game, etc. It's an easy and enjoyable way to make your gaming experience more enjoyable by making the game easier or harder depending on what you want.It may not seem like much when looking at it from afar; but when taking a closer look and forking over some cash (fully worth it) it'll be hard not to enjoy this nifty program.
